Production Time

Each rug is handcrafted by skilled artisans in India and made to order. This made-to-order process helps us minimize waste and avoid overproduction. Production typically takes 4–6 weeks before your order ships.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship with FedEx Express. Once your order leaves our workshop, delivery takes 4–10 business days.

Shipping to the United States is free.

We ship internationally. Any applicable customs duties and import taxes are covered by us — you won't be charged extra on delivery.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Phone Number at Checkout

Please make sure you provide a valid phone number when you check out. Our courier may need to reach you to coordinate delivery. If the courier can't contact you and the package can't be delivered as a result, we can't be held responsible for any resulting loss, delay, or return shipping costs.

Delays

Production and shipping timelines above are estimates. If something on our end is going to significantly delay your order, we'll reach out and let you know.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your rug arrives damaged, or your tracking shows a delivery issue, contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@torugrugto.com with photos where relevant. See our Refund Policy for what happens next.

Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Email us at info@torugrugto.com as soon as possible. We can only make changes before your order ships.
