Shipping & Returns
- Shipping: Each rug is handcrafted by our skilled artisans to order. After a 1-3 week production time, your rug will be shipped with free worldwide delivery via DHL Express International.
Please note that any customs duties, VAT payments or charges are the
buyer's responsibility.
- Returns: If you’re not satisfied with your rug, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that custom rugs are not eligible for return.
